Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local carrier. These are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by customs and peak periods.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Customs, duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes that are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at soonpuusander@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
