Our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee
We want you to love your Novurna foot massager. If you're not completely satisfied, you're covered by our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee.
Returns
You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, your item should be in the condition you received it, with all accessories and, where possible, the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at soonpuusander@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please don't send items back before contacting us and we'll reply with the correct return instructions and address for your order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right. For clearly defective or damaged items we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, and you won't be asked to pay return shipping.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you about the status of your refund. If it's approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on items that have been heavily used or damaged through misuse. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at soonpuusander@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.
